Hands-on energy work that clears out what isn't yours, so you can go remember who the hell you are and what you came here to do.
At its core, Reiki is releasing what's blocking you — so the natural flow of life can move through you unimpeded again.
You don’t have to be woo to try Reiki, or even know exactly what you’re looking for. You just have to be curious about what might shift when you quiet the noise, soften your grip, and make a little more room for yourself.
Whatever you’ve survived or carried isn’t your fault — and it doesn’t have to be yours forever. Put down what’s no longer yours, reconnect with what is, and go do what the f*ck you came here to do.
*Reiki, while a powerful practice, is not a substitute for medical diagnosis and treatment by a licensed medical professional.
Writer and meditator since forever. I found Reiki in 2016, loved how it made me feel, and promptly did nothing with it. Years later, I found my way back when I needed it most: I’d survived domestic abuse, was living with brand-new CPTSD, stuck in a corporate job that bored me to my toenails, and mainlining red wine on the couch every night.
I was meditating. I was in therapy. I was doing all the “right” things. And I still felt stuck. Eventually, I got sick of standing in my own way. Reiki helped lead me back to myself — my body, my intuition, and what I actually wanted from my life. That’s what I want to help you find, too. I’m equal parts Southern California woo and New England straightforwardness: here to help you quiet the noise, put down what isn’t yours to carry, and lovingly get out of your own way.
Sessions run 30 or 60 minutes, in person. Wear whatever’s comfortable, bring nothing, and here’s how the time actually goes.
Fully clothed, on a comfortable table, blanket and weighted eye mask if you want one. Soothing music and aromatherapy (if you’re cool with it) to relax your senses.
My hands rest lightly on or just above you while I move energy through. Most people feel warmth, tingling, or drift all the way out. Some feel very little the first time. That’s normal, too. (It’s all normal. I’ve got you.)
I share whatever came through for you, and you take what’s useful. Then drink water, go gently, and notice what shifts over the next few days.
I’ve never felt more connected to myself and my own energy in my life. I left feeling the weight of the prior year lifted — actively crying at the end from the weight of it all being gone.
She creates a warm, welcoming environment. Her compassion, knowledge, and genuine desire to help others is evident. You are truly in the best of hands.
